Fanny

I know in America, fanny is not an offense word but it is here in the UK. Where when you and I say fanny, we mean the back bottom whereas the British mean the front bottom. So I thought that this would be an important thing for you to know.

So imagine the horror my English friend who was married to an USAF officer felt when she went to the air show and they told her “get you fanny up here” when she was climbing into an airplane.

Also they don't call them fanny packs, they call them bumbags.

All the Best!
