I am not sure if you have noticed in my posts that I call the river in Cambridge, the River Cam.
In England they always list the name after the word river and not the other way around like we do such as Colorado River. Its is quite interesting because when I am speaking I almost hesitate because something in my brain always seems to think something isn't right. This may be because of the French influence where they have it listed this way.

River Thames
River Trent
River Great Ouse
River Wye
River Ure / River Ouse, Yorkshire
River Avon, Warwickshire
