Nosey Parker is used to describe someone being nosey. It was coined after Matthew Parker who was a Master of Corpus Christi in Cambridge and later Archbishop of Canterbury during the time of Henry the VIII. He used to ask questions over and over again and had a huge nose that helped coin this phase which is still used today.
