Bug Bear

I heard this on my first day of training at Sweaty Betty. One of the managers was Australian but was talking about what she likes and doesn't like. She went on to say her biggest bug bear was... I had no idea what she was talking about. So at the break I asked another girl what that meant and its like when we say pet peeve.
