Land Yatching

We went down to New Romney on the Southeast coast of England because Jon got an activity day for his birthday from his sister. He choose land yatching because he is a sailor and thought it would be interesting to try but you do not need to have any experience to do this!

We went through Fishy's Land Yatching who were very friendly.The weather was perfect even though it was September, in fact there was some sun!

So land yatching is like sailing on the sand but instead of a boat there is a buggie. Your sail is moved to catch the wind to keep you moving and steer with your feet to turn the front wheel.
